Can You Rent a Bounce House for the Whole Weekend in South Georgia?

Last updated: September 4, 2026 · Jumpin J’s Inflatables, Valdosta, GA

Yes. Jumpin J’s Inflatables rents any unit for the entire weekend at the one-day price. The unit is delivered Friday and picked up Monday morning, so a Saturday party keeps the inflatable roughly 72 hours for the same $225 to $650 that most companies charge for a single day. A $30 deposit holds the date.

Most people booking a bounce house in Valdosta or Tifton assume they are paying for a few hours on Saturday afternoon. That is how a lot of rental pricing works. It is not how Jumpin J’s Inflatables prices a weekend booking, and the difference is worth real money to anyone hosting a birthday party, a church event or a family reunion.

How the weekend rental works

The weekend rate at Jumpin J’s Inflatables is not a promo code or a seasonal sale. It is a function of how the delivery route is built. Trucks run Friday afternoons and Monday mornings, so leaving a unit in place across the weekend costs less than making two extra trips.

StepWhenWhat happens
BookingAny time before the dateA $30 deposit holds the date. It is applied to the rental total, not charged on top of it.
DeliveryFridayCrew delivers, sets up, stakes the unit and walks the renter through the safety rules.
Your eventSaturday and SundayThe unit stays up. Use it both days at no extra charge.
PickupMonday morningCrew returns, takes the unit down and hauls it out.
PriceThe standard one-day rate. No weekend surcharge.

One honest caveat: the weekend window depends on the delivery route. If another customer has already booked that unit for Sunday, or the Monday route does not reach a particular town, the crew may need to pick up sooner. Jumpin J’s Inflatables confirms the weekend window when the booking is made rather than after the fact. Call 229-549-7333 to check a specific date.

What does a weekend bounce house rental cost in South Georgia?

A weekend rental costs the same as a one-day rental. Jumpin J’s Inflatables rents bounce houses for $225 to $325, water slides for $325 to $650 and obstacle courses for $299 to $950. Those are full weekend prices, not daily rates multiplied across three days.

Delivery and setup are included for most of the service area. A delivery fee applies to some outlying addresses, and it is frequently waived for returning customers or for events close to our Valdosta shop.

How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?

The deposit is $30. It holds the date and is applied to the rental total — it is not an additional fee on top of the rental price. Churches and schools are not required to leave a deposit at all.

The deposit is refunded when the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations inside that window do not receive a deposit refund. Full details are on the deposit requirements page.

What happens if it rains on the weekend?

Weather is the most common reason South Georgia customers ask about weekend rentals, and it is one of the strongest arguments for booking the full weekend instead of a single day. If Saturday is rained out, the unit is already on site for Sunday. A one-day rental gives a party one shot at good weather. A weekend rental gives it two.

Inflatables should not be used in high winds or lightning. The blower can be switched off and the unit left deflated until the weather passes, then re-inflated. Anyone unsure about conditions should call 229-549-7333 rather than guess.

How far in advance should a weekend rental be booked?

Weekend dates in April, May, September and October book fastest in South Georgia, because those months carry both birthday season and comfortable outdoor temperatures. Three to four weeks ahead is a safe target for a specific unit on a specific Saturday. Popular themed units — unicorn, Frozen, dinosaur, princess — go first.

Last-minute bookings are still worth a phone call. Cancellations happen, and the fleet is large enough that something is usually available.

What needs to be ready for a weekend setup?

  • Space. A standard Jumpin J’s bounce house is 15ft x 15ft and needs roughly 20ft x 20ft of level, clear ground once stakes and blower are accounted for. Larger slides and obstacle courses need considerably more.
  • Access. A gate or path at least four feet wide. Units cannot be carried over fences.
  • Power. One household 110V outlet within 50 to 100 feet depending on the unit. Jumpin J’s brings heavy-duty cords. Parks usually have no power, so a generator rental is required.
  • Surface. Grass is best. Dirt, asphalt and concrete all work. Rock and gravel do not — constant rubbing wears through the vinyl.
  • Clearance. Nothing overhead. No branches, power lines or eaves above the setup area.
