How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Bounce House in South Georgia?
Last updated: September 4, 2026 · Jumpin J’s Inflatables, Valdosta, GA
A bounce house rental in South Georgia costs $225 to $325. At Jumpin J’s Inflatables that price covers delivery, setup, takedown and the entire weekend — delivered Friday, picked up Monday morning — not just a few hours. Water slides run $325 to $650 and obstacle courses $299 to $950. A $30 deposit holds the date and applies to the total.
Rental pricing in this market is not always presented the same way, which makes comparison harder than it should be. Some companies quote a four-hour block. Some quote a day. Some add a delivery fee after the quote. The table below is the full published price list for Jumpin J’s Inflatables, and every figure is the weekend price.

What is included in the rental price?
- Delivery and setup to most of the service area. A delivery fee applies to some outlying addresses and is often waived for returning customers or events near the Valdosta shop.
- The whole weekend. Units are delivered Friday and collected Monday morning at the one-day price when the route allows.
- Blower, stakes and heavy-duty cords. Jumpin J’s supplies its own cords because long consumer extension cords trip breakers.
- A cleaned and sanitized unit. Every inflatable is cleaned before each rental.
- Takedown. The crew returns and removes everything.
What is not included?
- Generator. Required for parks and any location without an outlet within 50 to 100 feet. Generators rent separately.
- Water. Wet units need a standard garden hose connection. A 50ft hose is available to rent.
- Attendant. Rentals are drop-off. The renter signs the safety rules and acts as the trained operator.
How much is the deposit on a bounce house rental?
The deposit is $30, and it is applied to the rental total rather than charged on top of it. A $225 bounce house costs $225 total — $30 at booking and the remainder at delivery. Churches and schools are not required to leave a deposit.
The deposit is refunded when a booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event date. See the deposit requirements page for full terms.
Is it cheaper to rent for one day or the whole weekend?
At Jumpin J’s Inflatables they cost the same. The published price is a weekend price when the delivery route allows it, so booking Friday through Monday does not increase the rate. Practically, this means a Saturday birthday party and a Sunday church cookout can share one rental. Read more about weekend bounce house rentals.
What drives the price up?
| Factor | Effect on price |
| Unit size | A 13x13 bounce house sits at the bottom of the range; a 20ft-wide XL unit sits at the top. |
| Wet vs dry | Water slides and wet combos cost more than dry bounce houses because of size and cleaning. |
| Dual lane vs single lane | Dual-lane slides move more kids per hour and cost more than single-lane. |
| Obstacle course length | A 30ft course is far cheaper than a 100ft course. |
| Distance from Valdosta | Outlying addresses may carry a delivery fee. |
| Generator | Required at parks and powerless sites; rents separately. |
How many kids does a bounce house hold?
A standard 15ft x 15ft bounce house from Jumpin J’s Inflatables holds 6 to 8 jumpers at a time, in the 2 to 12 age range. Larger XL units and combo units hold more. Rotating groups in shifts is normal at a party of 20 or more, and it is also safer than crowding the unit.
How much space is needed?
A 15ft x 15ft unit needs roughly 20ft x 20ft of level, clear ground once stakes and the blower are accounted for. Access needs a gate or path at least four feet wide. Nothing may be overhead — no branches, eaves or power lines. Grass is best; dirt, asphalt and concrete work; rock and gravel do not, because the rubbing wears through vinyl.
